This is annoying.

I swear doodles dont seem willing to perform tricks any more trained than untrained. They dont seem to get better at all.

This is what she says...(I am her friend)

Well you got to teach them. If you don't teach them, they don't know what to do . If it is a TTC doodle then they always forget how to do it! If it is a DDL doodle then it is better at what you train it to do.

My doodle jumps 22 times in a row sometimes and that trick is maxed. Before it was maxed he would jump maybe 2 times max.

Just an fyi... The bar that you see on their learning progress is the first of many. I don't know how many bars there are to complete for maxing but its surely in the doodle section somewhere.

(I am her friend posting for her )
I forgot to say that: They do get better, it is that every time they do a trick it gets 1 point better. You got to keep watching the bar!

Doodles rock!

Dont under estimate them at ALL!! As with any type of pet, Real or TT. In order for them to listen and obey you HAVE to train them. YES it takes a long time but when you want to do runs on your own with no help.. they soo come in handy!

Give your doodle the time and he/she will repay you greatly when you need him/her. Best doodles to get our in DDL imo. Dont put your doodle down because it isnt performing when you ask it to. When we were first born we didnt know how to speak.. we had to be taught. Our parents didnt treat us bad for not speaking when spoken to! I know strange analogy but hey, its the one that came to mind first!

My doodle is still in training but he is doing MUCH better. I see a difference in him, he performs a lot more than he did before. Not at 15+ times in a row but he is slowly getting there!

I still seem to have problems with my doodle doing the tricks that hes maxxed (jump, dance, and speak) and he is a Donalds Dreamland doodle. He doesn't dance when i say dance and occasionally he does a pattern of dancing but not very often.

Doodles do have favourite tricks. It could be yours doesn't like to dance. My doodle seems to prefer Beg and Backflip. Those bars are going up so fast because he does them all the time, but I tell him to jump or speak all day long and only get two or three from him. He's a DDL doodle.

They cost a lot. You need the third bank (5000, I think) for the DDL doodle. They cost from 4-5k jellybeans, but I think that they're worth it.

You need the 5k bank to buy a DDL doodle. Not sure which cattlelog that is though..
