Doodle Information

I will list here a current list of Doodle Information that we know about Doodles. This will be updated more as we find more information about Doodles.

Doodle Signs:

Doodles will have something above their head when they have a certain mood. (pictures are coming soon...).

Explaination Mark: The doodle is excited.
Sad Face: The doodle is sad.
Rain Cloud with Thunder: The doodle is angry.
A Chicken Drumstick: The doodle is hungry.
Heart: The doodle feels love or affectionate.
Nothing: The doodle's feeling is neutral.
Question Mark: Confused
Cloud and "zzz": Tired
Happy Face: Happy
Three [3] Doodles Facing Away: Lonely
Three [3] Orange Dots: Bored

(I will only add things that REAL and has been actually seen).

Ways to Make Your Doodle Happy:

Scratch and Feed it if your doodle is hungry. Make sure to compliment your doodle by saying "Good Girl/Boy!" or one of the Friendly>You ... (rock, are awesome, are a genius! phrases).

Things you should not do that will make your doodle angry:

You may have some friends over, and sometimes they push the limit so you do a Stinky Phrase or Stinky Emotion. Try not to say stinky phrases, or do the angry emotion. The doodle will think you mean it to them and they will get sad or angry. So be careful!

Current Doodle Tricks:

1). Jump (free with Doodle)
2). Play Dead (buy from Cattlelog)
3). Back Flip (buy from Cattelog)
4). Dance (buy from Cattlelog)
5). Rollover (buy from Cattlelog)
6). Beg (buy from Cattlelog)
7). Speak (buy from Cattlelog)

Please Note: Doodles may get tired after doing one trick, do not tire them out!

Current Things You Can Do With Your Doodle:

Feed your doodle (only at estate)
Scratch your doodle (only at estate)
Call your doodle (only at estate)
Call your doodle to help you in battle (only in cog battles)

Phrases that come with your doodle (its on the Speedchat:

Here girl!
Here boy!
Stay
Good girl!
Good boy!

There is a section for Tricks, you get a free one with your doodle and that is jump.

Known Speedchat Phrases Doodles React to:

You rock!
You are awesome!
You are a genius!
You stink!
Don't be mean!
That wasn't nice!
This Way.
Follow me.
Let's go this way!

Current Doodle Costs:

ToonTown Central - 200 to 300 jellybeans.
Donald's Dock - 900 to 1,000 jellybeans.
Daisy Gardens - 1,500 to 1,800 jellybeans.
Minnie's Melodyland - 2,000 to 2,300 jellybeans.

Extra Tips:
  • Your doodle can be brought to other peoples' estates.
  • It cost one jellybean to feed your doodle.
  • Sometimes, a doodle's trait can be best in places other than DDL.
  • Your doodle will respond to anybody's Doodle Trick Speedchat Command but if they get confused, they are not able to do the specific trick.
  • Need laff? Go to your estate! Make your doodle(s) do a trick! For every doodle that responds and does your trick, you get some laff points (to fill your laff meter)!
  • All the doodles in an estate will follow you if you say "Follow me.", "Here girl!", and "Here boy!".
-Buy a doodle with the traits you are compatable with, some doodles that are "Often Hungry" or "Often Angry" are not very popular.
  • Doodles from your other toons on your other toons can also be seen at your estate!
  • You may only have one doodle per toon.
  • You can get your doodle excited by jumping around and saying "Here Boy (or Girl!)!" Sort of like you would do with your dog or something, trust me, it works. Also, after your doodle does a trick, reward him with scratches, or food and say "Good Boy! (or girl!)"

Doodle Characteristics/Traits

I've decided to list the current doodle characteristics/traits in a number of various forms according to my analysis... maybe helpful, maybe not, idk? Anyhoo, here goes! ^_^

Doodle Characteristics/Traits In Alphabetical Order:

l Always Playful
l Often Affectionate
l Often Bored
l Often Confused
l Often Forgets
l Often Hungry
l Often Lonely
l Often Playful
l Often Restless
l Often Sad
l Often Tired
l Pretty Calm
l Pretty Excitable
l Rarely Affectionate
l Rarely Bored
l Rarely Grumpy
l Rarely Hungry
l Rarely Sad
l Rarely Tired
l Sometimes Affectionate
l Sometimes Bored
l Sometimes Confused
l Sometimes Forgets
l Sometimes Grumpy
l Sometimes Hungry
l Sometimes Lonely
l Sometimes Playful
l Sometimes Restless
l Sometimes Sad
l Standard
l Very Exciteable

Doodle Characteristics/Traits In Favorable/Inbetween/Non-Favorable Structure:

l Favorable:
Always Playful, Often Affectionate, Often Playful, Rarely Bored, Rarely Grumpy, Rarely Hungry, Rarely Sad, Rarely Tired, and Very Exciteable

l Inbetween:
Pretty Calm, Pretty Excitable, Sometimes Affectionate, Sometimes Bored, Sometimes Confused, Sometimes Forgets, Sometimes Grumpy, Sometimes Hungry, Sometimes Lonely, Sometimes Playful, Sometimes Restless, Sometimes Sad, and Standard

l Non-Favorable:
Often Bored, Often Confused, Often Forgets, Often Hungry, Often Lonely, Often Restless, Often Sad, Often Tired, and Rarely Affectionate

Definitions:

Affectionate - Loving, fondly tender
Always - Every time
Bored - Dull, tiresome, etc.
Calm - Stillness/tranquility
Confused - Unclear/indistinct
Excitable - Easily excited (lol)

Sometimes - At times, now and then
Standard - Regarded as the usual
Tired - Reduced energy, reduce or exhaust the strength of
Very - High degree, extremely, etc.
(Note: 'Always', in terms of doodles, doesn't necessarily mean every time. Just think of it as one step beyond 'Often' rather.)

Doodle Characteristics/Traits Example(s) According To The Playground

l Toontown Central Doodle Characteristics/Traits Ex.:
- Often Grumpy
- Often Lonely
- Sometimes Affectionate
- Sometimes Forgets

l Donald's Dock Doodle Characteristics/Traits Ex.:
- Standard

l Daisy Gardens Doodle Characteristics/Traits Ex.:
- Standard

l Minnie's Melodyland Doodle Characteristics/Traits Ex.:
- Often Playful
- Sometimes Grumpy

l The Brrrgh Doodle Characteristics/Traits Ex.:
- Often Playful
- Sometimes Confused
- Sometimes Restless
- Sometimes Sad

l Donald's Dreamland Doodle Characteristics/Traits Ex.:
- Always Playful
- Rarely Confused
- Rarely Forgets
- Rarely Tired

As you can see, doodles generally gain better characteristics/traits the higher ranking the playground. For example: TTC, the first playground and lowest ranking, offers low quality doodles at a low price. DDL, the last and highest ranking playground, (as of now anyway) offers high quality doodles at a high price. DDL doodles are typically recommended due to their good qualities, but if you don't have the jb's, don't fear buying a doodle from TTC, DD, etc. All doodles become better with time and practice, even the lower ranking ones. The lower ranking doodles will just require a bit more of your time and practice than the higher ranking doodles.
(The 'Standard' characteristic/trait seen under DD and DG varies between the two a bit. DD 'Standard' probably isn't on par with DG 'Standard' as DG ranks over DD.)

Abbreviations: TTC, (Toontown Central) DD, (Donald's Dock) DG, (Daisy Gardens) MM, (Minnie's Melodyland) TB, (The Brrrgh) and DDL (Donald's Dreamland.)

l Toontown Central has doodles that are fairly inexpesive. The prices average from 200 to 300 beans. Doodles here have one to four visible traits, several of them very negative. Often hungry, often tired and often bored are traits found here frequently. They take the longest time to learn a trick, even though they may perform them often.

l Donalds Dock doodles cost between 900 and 1200 beans on average. They are often "standard" doodles or have one or two traits. They take a very long time to learn a trick.

l Daisy's Garden doodles average between 1600 and 1750 beans. Most doodles found here are labeled as "standard" and most have one trait visible. They take an average time to learn, but that's still a very long time.

l Minnie's Melodyland has doodles that average between 2000 and 2500 beans. Most doodles have one or two traits that in the middle of the trait range, but often negative ones are showing. They take an average time to learn tricks.

l The Brrrgh's doodles range from 3000 too 3800 beans on average. They often have four traits showing. A lot of the traits here begin with the word "sometimes". Doodle purchased here don't take as long to learn tricks, but still take longer than a Dreamland doodle.

l Donald's Dreamland has the most expensive doodles ranging from 3900 to 5000. They almost always have four traits showing, three out of those four normally being positive traits. The doodles here learn the fastest of all doodles, the ones costing 4998 being the fastest.

Well that's the list from my analysis!
If anyone notices missing info., (a) mistake(s), etc. ... please alert me to it and I'll make the change!

Oh, another phrase that makes them react is "Let's work on that."

I still have the 1k jb bank so am holding off getting a doodle until the 2500 ban k at the very least. Everytime I hit DDL on the way to CFO, I hit the pet store to see the doodles on sale and compare them.

When I see the 4998 JB doodles I'm baffled by their listed traits often being worse than a much cheaper doodle in the DDL shop. Does the overall price of the doodle indicate the quality of the traits not listed in the shop window?

What exactly makes '5k' doodles better than say the 4.3k when their 4 shown traits are roughly equal?

Cheers!

My doodle responds to You Guys Are Great! I said that when he was tired and became affectionate. Also, if you purchase a DDL doodle, if they're tired, say 4-5 positive phrases and they'll be happy.

My DDL doodle cost 4200 JB and only takes 3 positive phrases, that's why his jump is 6 laff and about halfway to 7 laff =P.
