UPDATED 05/21~~Events Schedule

DISTRICT: GIGGLY VALLEY (unless otherwise posted by staff)

RULES FOR ALL EVENTS:

1. First and foremost, HAVE FUN! Be a team player. Noone is expected to be at every event. I do, however, expect STAFF to be at a minimum of 2 events each week, one being a boss run.
   
2. DO NOT, REGARDLESS OF WHAT EVENT YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN, 'DITCH' THE OTHER MEMBERS THAT ARE IN THE SAME GROUP AS YOU. Anyone reported to me for doing this WILL have some mighty fast talking to do. There is no need for any person to leave golf or racing just because he/she isn't winning. That is called bad sportsmanship, and I will NOT tolerate it. Likewise, no jumping off elevators either.
   
3. If you sign up to be a participant in a 'SPECIAL EVENT', the other members involved are counting on you to be there. If an emergency comes up and you aren't able to do your part, then PLEASE PM ALL INVOLVED IMMEDIATELY. That way, the spot you have taken could possibly be filled by someone else, to keep the event from being cancelled.
   
4. There is to be NO STINKING, BEING MEAN, RUDE, etc. to ANY TOON (member or not) that is at any of the events with this clan. ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Any questions?
   
5. Do not beg others to SF you. If you want to SF a member, please PM them. It's an interruption in both gameplay and concentration, plus it also can be an annoyance to some.
   
6. When you go to a TTRH event, go up to one of the leaders, or members, and do the Sleepy emote. Also, you may use the speedchat phrase "I need more laff points." We want to know if you are TTRH or random, in case we need to switch districts. Thanks!

RACING: 6:30 PM CST (7:30 PM EST) (5:30 PM MST) (4:30 PM PST) (11:30 AM GMT)

Friday's:
GOLFING: 6:30 PM CST (7:30 PM EST) (5:30 PM MST) (4:30 PM PST) (11:30 AM GMT)

Saturday's:
VP: 3 PM CST (4 PM EST) (2 PM MST) (1 PM PST) (8 PM GMT)

CJ: 4 PM CST (5 PM EST) (3 PM MST) (2 PM PST) (9 PM GMT)

Sunday's:
CFO: 3 PM CST (4 PM EST) (2 PM MST) (1 PM PST) (8 PM GMT)

CEO: 4 PM CST (5 PM EST) (3 PM MST) (2 PM PST) (9 PM GMT)


DO NOT JUMP OFF THE ELEVATOR ONCE YOU ARE ON IT. If you do, you WILL be left behind. If you can't handle going into a battle with fewer than 8 people, don't show up.
For VP: Min. of 4 toons
For CFO: Min. of 4 toons
For CJ: Min. of 6 toons
For CEO: Min. of 6 toons

No events are planned on Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's. However, special events could be planned for any of those days, such as back-to-back VP runs and/or CFO runs. Special events will be posted several days in advance, by Prof. Pickles McPretzel, to give everyone an idea of who will be attending (simply reply to the post to say you'll be there).

Yes, you will be. They will be announced in a thread by themselves, not in this one, to avoid confusion with the normal schedule.

The times came about because many members have requested it for some time now. Overall, I believe it's better for everyone.

You can't make the Morning or Evening times?

You also might want to put the key I provided Feather, to help people understand the colors.

I liked Rocky's schedule better! i didnt have to rember much of anything, and this times i cant make: 9:00 EST!!!!!


I REALLY dont like the boss run times for CJ and CFO. 9:00 EST? Like, everyone gets off then!


anyway, my opinion. thats why i made the tread called "times." The schedule was badly doamged (to me) but everything else was improved.

Well, since it is the weekend. Though, we do need to keep in mind we do have children who get off at certain times in this clan. We might be able to work out something to the effect of an alternating schedule. For now though, I'll talk to Feather & Rhino.

You may want to take another look at the times. They are set up for AM and PM runs on weekends.
