I've just thought of these sentences that are related to the Shopkeepers Names!!!

Anita Winn = I need ta win! (A-ni-ta Winn)
Phil Errup = Fill 'er up. (Phil Er-rup)
Ivona Race = If ya wanna race (I-v-ona Race)

I didn't figure out what Graham Pree could be though
