i know all of us are not excited that they can get like 50+ but im wondering wats the highest free account toon out there

It can be up to 137; a canceled account with a maxxed toon. xD
I think 26 for someone who has always been a trial toon.

I'm just wondering, but how can new free account toons get 50+ laff? (without being a paid account in the past)
I have a free account with around 28 laff, and it won't let me do Donald's Dock tasks due to the new account restrictions/additions. So basically, I can't really earn any more laff points (I am getting a paid account, though).

on tt it says 26, the other 2 mustve been from racing or minigolf.

Yes, it should be around 26 laff points because trial accounts cannot go into buildings so they can't complete and leave Donald's Dock's. But, if you had a paid account before and your near 110 or higher (lower too), you can do do tasks, but other things are disabled on your account then too.

Sure it was a trial toon? Could just be the name tag. Also, the person could have been bored and then while they didn't have full access, they made a uber.

Well. I am a trial toon and my toon is only 26! There wasn't really a point in letting us go to other playgrounds, you can't battle cogs or go into buildings or anything!

It's 34 laff.
You get 2 laffboosts from fishing.
9 laffboosts from Toontown Central Toontasks.
and 7 laffboosts from Donald's Dock Tasks.

No,You can't reach 137 laff since Free Accounts won't let toons do tasks like "Captain Carl" and "Billie Barnacle".

Well...there's VIP week for free toons to go wherever, so they can increase their laff there. Without VIP week, it's probably 26, maybe higher, because of all the TTC tasks and one fishing laff.

Actully,it's 2 fishing laffboosts.
There is a guide that explains Free Accounts,but it's not on this site.
