Top Toons:Bottom Toons(25-61 laff)
The "Top Toons:Free Account Only" failed,so I've came up with another list.
This time,I'm letting low laffers(And only low laffers) on my list. Note:When you go over 61,your no longer a low laffer or on the list. Note:15 to 24 laffers are considered acceptable on this list.But there's hundreds of them.Besides,this will give you a chance to work the toon you never played before to be on this easy-going list. There,now almost everyones happy. NEW RULE:Now i'm only gonna put the toons on if you tell me (the name,the laff,the species,and the color) Warning-Listing may change depending on what I think is better. That sounds funny  It's not a top list if everyone on it isn't very "top-ish" in Toontown... Start a list of like people with more than one 110+ laffer or something. Just my opinion  ~CcE
