A level 103 goes in and never out..

Ok I am on donalds dock, 8:12 PM. A toon with 103 laff goes in but right on the first floor he gets killed! Its so weird even I can beat a floor that easy..

Maybe he went sad before and forgot to get gags. It happens

You're talking about a building, I'm guessing? How do you know they died on the first floor? There are a lot of buildings out there, and you can't judge its difficulty by the amount of floors. That building could have been started by a lvl 8 cog, and lvl 7-12 cogs could have been on the first floor. Like the above user said, they could have had less/no gags. There is a lot of things to think about.

Well, levels 7-11. 12 is only saved for "The Boss". And like they said, "the cogs took all of your gags!"
