Say What? Cygnus Gets +200 + Bamboo Stick

With just Lipstick, Megaphone, Feathers, and a Gag-Up TU unite, Cygnus gets his Bamboo stick with +200 skill in a 4 story cog building in The Brrrgh! (Over 150 TU on final floor.)
I'd like to thank Jac and Jac's mom for helping me, and a special thanks to Jac's mom for using a Gag-Up TU unite, I would have got +35 or so without that!

Um how do you have a black cat? Im very new at this game and became a member about 3 days ago and I've never seen a black cat before...

Black cats are a special event during only Halloween in which when you first see Flippy before you enter Toontown Central. He asks "Hello, hello?" etc and when you reply you say with speedchat the phrase "Toontastic". The toon must be created as a cat for this to work however. The color of cat in the toontorial does not matter, just the phrase and when it happens.
