I have a tu-less toon and I was amazed at how many toons wanted to be my friend. I have never ever had the experience of someone not going in VP/CEO/CJ with me. I think you will be suprised, most toons who are prejudiced against soundless or tu-less really just do not have experience with the game, I would venture to say they are on their first toon. On another not, my soundless only got stinked once at a factory, which is pretty funny, since he can solo it and was not even trying to go in with the toon stinking him.

Anywho, I think you will find you are mistaken in your thoughts as to the amount of grief a tu-less toon gets. A here is a tip, get a good doodle and train them, I find I actually tu people more than the toons with tu...lol

Yeah, but you really can't bet on that. Like I said before, its hard to trust anyone in TT. Everything can go wrong--- someones computer may freeze & they use sound when you use lure, it may freeze while they throw a banana into the street while you throw a train--- basically, so many factors.

Well, based on my experience, toons who have TU will either
A) ditch in battles with me after I say, "Sorry, I cant"
B) Ask "Let's use Toon-up!" and casually say afterwards, "Got gags?"
c) Avoid heading in to the elevator with me.
or d) None of the above. That is usually with high laffer toons though, and they help me because they will know they will be okay in the end.

Yeah, I bet on people not tooning me up if they are not my friends. Deals with one of those factors, you could go into a building with a griefer, who may laugh at you as your laff starts to fade. But your right, nice people DO toon me up. I was thinking of the bolded in 2 two buildings, you and someone random who does not have a high laff.
People with toon up are more likely to toon up if they have a valid chance of staying alive. So one person toons me and the other person up, and the other person toons him up. Works fine.

Honestly I just don't see a reason to need 5 different ways to kill a cog. The only time I see this coming in handy is the second cog round of CEO when gags are running low because of mass BigCheeses. Even then its usually quite do-able regardless of whether someone uses a gag up (which is common enough for 1 out of the group to use one).

But as usual its a personal choice... as for me, I would go lure-less before TU-less.

But its definetly not 25% of toons, or 15%, and I don't even think 5% of toons have it. I've clicked on toons, and the majority have toon up. I only got that number because out of my 50 friends, one person is tu less.

I don't think there is anything wrong with being Toon-up-less. I have been in boss battles where I was the only toon with toon-up on my side, and so has my mom. With great teamwork, you can get through these. Even if you only have 2 laff left at the end.
The only gag I don't agree with not choosing is lure, but that's just my opinion. I'm not going to criticize anyone else by the choice they made.

I have a toonupless toon that I love dearly.

I have been stinkied a couple times by mid-level laffers at VP, but not very often. My toon's doodle is maxxed on two tricks, which has always been enough to get me & my friends by (we do a lot of two person mints/DA/etc when no one is on).

I choose toonupless by accident. I got the Lil Oldman gag choice task twice due to a combination of glitchyness and lagginess when I was in there, so I picked a different track on each one. (I was harboring secret hopes that the glitch would allow me to become a seven track toon - alas that failed, but I still had to do Lil's tasks twice). So I just let fate decide which track I ended up with. Now that I've tried toonupless, I love it!

I am a relentless solo'er sometimes, and this toon is perfect to use for soloing.

Yes, I agree. Everyone gets stinkied for the stupidest reasons. I always get stinked because someone wants to be my friend and my friends list is full. So when I tell them "Sorry, I can't". They start stinking and being mean. I just shrug and say "you make me laugh", and continue playing.....refusing to acknowledge anymore stinking by that toon. Eventually they leave me along.

♥I understand your points but if you are in a bld and your not a very high laffer (30-50 laff), and you was on like 5 health, nobody would be there to TU you and you will die, so why not be dropless? Atleast drop isnt that Needed, or maybe theres other people with TU, My first toon didnt have sound and every1 stunk her and i guess a TUless toon will be treated in a simular way... xD and what happens if you have no doodle or your doodle didnt perform well or didnt work ect ect and anyway the highest lp your doodle can TU you the Maxium of 22 lp?♥

Really, I would rather do a CEO with maxed TU-less toons than with maxed toons who have TU. Their main goal is to go through the CEO without getting hit, but I would think people with TU would be okay with being hit, cause they could just TU later.


I think, as long as the percentage of TU-less toons remain low, TT is actually a better place. If everyone was TU-less, that would be horrible. So that means keep using/creating toons with Toon up, please! But be nicer to TU less.


Here are my top 10 reasons for being TU-less. Your thoughts?
Keep in mind, I'm thinking of maxed TU-less toons. Which is what I will be one day (soon). xD


1. 98% of toons have toon up. This means, there is a pretty good chance who ever you go into battle with will also have TU. That means, if someone gets hit, two other people are itching to toon him up first. That equals less points for you.

2. Maxed TU-less toons are DEADLY.

3. TU-less toons can drop ships on cogs, AND run them over, AND make a pig sing really loudly, AND tempt them with a presentation. That equals instant death, with a little help from you.

4. Isn't the whole point of buildings is to make it out ALIVE? If you spend a turn tooning up someone, that means the cog also has an extra turn to attack. Instead, we kill the cog.

5. Say it with me now-- D O O D L E S.

6. You so know we will be loaded with unites & SOS toons. We value our lives, too.

7. Soloing is a breeze.

8. We are a lot nicer, because we know what it feels like to be ignored/stinked.

9. We plan ahead, because we know we can't toon you up (and you probably won't toon us up as retaliation). We know we need your help, and therefore we try and keep you alive. And if push comes to shove, refer to reasons 5 & 6. xD

10. Threes a crowd. Two TU-full toons + one TU-less toon = everyone's full laff.


And on a personal note, you can't really trust anyone on Toontown to help you out. As much as it would be nice, we can't. I have died at the hands of my Secret Friends, and that's pretty much as close to friends-friends as possible. Being TU-less, for me, symbolizes independence. But I love getting help though. xD

I have no problem with TU-less toons, but to be honest - I would rather get in an elevator with a toon that has toonup rather than no toonup. If theres other toons there, then no problem.

I dissagre with the doodle part.
1: They dont give much laff
2: 65% of the time they dont do the trick!
And also, to win a boss battle:
In each group you only need two toon up people!
AND
Its good to only have two in each group of four Because the other two can attack.
The only problem is if your all toon-up less.
It can be annyying to.
Once i was in a bttle, ( cog bld )
There wa sa gu with toon up who would only use toon up, evon when we dint need it.

Every gag is needed in some way. If everyone just said; be dropless then no one would have drop and everyone would have the same gags. Saying dropless isn't needed is only your opinion, like my opinion is that trap is too hard to train and picking drop over it would be better.
