I haven't seen him or anyone quite like that, but I neglected Squirt purposely(on my toon SQUIRT), and I love not having Squirt. It leaves room for better gags, and for me Drop is like Squirt. When someone uses a storm cloud or something, I just use one of my drops. I couldn't do what he did though, I would hate not having better gags than that... Squirt is completely maxed except for squirt.

LOL XD. Heh, that's a member on an other forum I go on..
She only made that toon for the sake of it, since he had "Ceo" as her name, she thought Toontown would take her name away.
And yeah, she thought it would be funny not to work on squirt at all. I dunno if shes not working on her gags too.
Oh, don't forget, she made that toon in less than two months.

But over all, she gave that toon away now. And Pigment doesn't have him anymore. But yeah, it was funny .
