Throw vs. squirt

How many people have ever asked yourself, which is better, squirt or throw? Well, right here is where we decide. both have their own way of being good, but which on e is better? Let's take a look at the data..

Throw:If you're comparing throw to drop and squirt, throw is the overall balanced gag. Medium accuracy, medium power, but chosen over squirt by a lot of people. Why i dont know, but I would rather chooose squirt.

Info: Throw is, at first, a rather risky gag, not as risky as drop, but still around the risky area. When you first begin, since most toons can't lure, you willl probably have a hard time leveling it up. Not so good for beginners, but when you max it, it will become one of the most useful gags. A gag tree cake on a lured cog can take out anything from level 1 to 11, so that's pretty good! If you want to max this the quickest, have an experienced friend lure them for you or something!

Squirt: The most accurate gag in the game, tied with sound. Sure it's power isn't very high, but with a high accuracy, it shouldn't be all bad, right? Actually, yes! In the beginning, up until way later in the game, squirt will be very useful. Being accurate and all allows you to level it up quickly, and unless you get extremely unlucky and it misses, this can be a very reliable gag. Great for beginners, but in the long run, it's probably going to be overlooked. In fact, even from the beginning, it's overlooked by most people.

So, i want your opinion. Throw or squirt? also, feel free to leave me any extra info you feel is neccessary. Thanks!

I have three toons with throw growing on their trees. Being able to take out a level 11 cog on your own is great. Squirt is ok and has it's uses. I'll generally pick a squirt gag to stun a cog someone is dropping a piano on. But generally I can't get excited about squirt. I'd love to know if anyone has planted each of their squirt gags and why.

It's fascinating sometimes seeing how someone is working their gags. I've seen a toon with level three throw but still only got one experience point for squirt. Recently I saw a highish level toon (can't remember the exact laff) with maxed throw but still hadn't got his cloud.

Interesting post, just trap is actually, the most accurate gag, since after you lure a cog into a trap, it's not like he will miss it.

Throw has more damage and it doesn't miss a lot (maybe more than squirt, but it still works most of the time), so its way better, the only reason that i use squirt is because sometimes the cog doesn't have a lot of damage, so i save my throw to high level cogs. I would change my squirt into another throw if i could. But there is a good reason to planet squirt - if you have trees, squirt has more damage, so its almost like another throw. I still think that throw trees are better for me, but squirt trees can be nice too...
For example:
Throw trees - you have 3 level 6 gags to kill a level 1-11 cog in one hit when its already lured, and another 3 for level 1-9.
Squirt trees - you have 6 level 6 gags to kill a level 1-10 cog in one hit when its already lured.
So you can choose whatever is better for you... If you kill more level 10 cogs than level 11, squirt is better... But if you work on lawbot hq, throw is better (there are no level 10 or less cogs in da office).

I go for throw-but in some cases squirt because it has a high accuracy.

I use them both the same amount, but on my older account i missed a level 6 cog with a cake and a toon hit it with a squirting flower the same turn.

I have all my squirt gags planted. Not sure why, but i generally like squirt over throw. I feel squirt is underpowered. It doesn't make sense to me why squirt wouldn't do more damage. Robots + Water = Electrocution. I also love the reactions i get when i use a storm cloud on a lured 10. People are always confused as to why i would do that, and they always tell me "No" when i pick it. It kind of surprises them when the cog goes kabooomm. I then say "Come check out my garden!" and get alot of good feedback :P

Well, I just saw someone with Maxed throw and drop, almost maxed toon-up... And a Squirt gun. :P I agree that many people overlook squirt. Lots of my friends are in their 50's, and have B-day cakes or Wedding cakes, and squirt guns or seltzer bottles. I have both squirt and throw on level 5, I just use throw a bit more.

I've actually taken out level 12 skelecogs with my organic wedding cake. I love throw and I use it way more than squirt because it's damage is higher. Yes, accuracy is a big deal, but what would you rather have...having to hit a cog 2-3 times with squirt to kill it, or hitting it once? Think about it...

I planted Squirt. I HATE THROW!!! IT ALWAYS MISSES!! I mean, I use a weddingcake on a lvl 1 cog, and it misses!Dont ask why I used it on a lvl 1 cog. I use a squirt flower on a lvl 12 and it hit. Every time. Also, Storm Cloud with 88 damage and lure bonus rocks when killing lvl 10 cogs in CBHQ (88+44=132).

um, there ARE level 10 cogs in DA office. I fight a lot of spin doctors in there.
