Is sound or throw better?

Sound: it is the only one that with 50 points can attack all cogs
Throw: powerful and can attack a single cog but cant attack more than one
so they are the same but wait im not done yet

Sound: You cant hit lured cogs..you can but you get no points and it messes it up
Sound: good for teams
Throw: not as much chance of hitting
Throw:can hit lured cogs
Sound:Great for fast stuff
Throw: a sidekick gag

so they are both great but throw is mroe of a sidekick gag
sound is a teamwork gag
i use sound way more
i hardly ever use throw
there about the same

You can hit lured cogs with sound, you still get the gag exp points, that is how I have always trained my sound gag. Luring helps to ensure the sound hits and you get to train both gags.

Very often when I know there is enough sound to kill all the cogs I will lure, especially on my soundless toons. Many, many experienced toons use sound on lured cogs, but you do need to know what you are doing.


As to the OP's question, sound and throw are such different gags they aren't really comparable. Sound is mainly effective in groups as on it's own it is a pretty weak gag, whereas throw is useful in all situations and organic birthday cake can kill a lured 11 with knockback bonus.

you cant talk about throw and luring its sound vs throw sound killz all but u got to get hurt some to kill them 1 by 1
