Sound Gag Training
Well I've been trying to get the Sound gags, I got all of them and need the last number 16 video. I'm wondering if anything that's not Throw or Squirt is for members, or is it just hard to find a mission that gives it

No, I'm pretty sure that if it was something that non-members could have they would be able to acess it just as easily as full-members. Once you complete all your pre-requisites in TTC, you are actually required to do it.
