Lure Bonus???

I don't understand how the lure bonus thing works. Sometimes you get it, sometimes you don't.

But, is it based on random, or is it a special pattern?

Plz help me out...

I don't know but i find that there is more of a chance that it has the bonus if the cog is on either the far right or the far left.

If there is one cog left, it always gets bonus, when you are in a street battle, it always gets bonus...Im pretty sure thats part of how it works, there may be stuff I missed
