I just noticed When im fishing, im lsing two JB every cast??

That should be your rod. It uses your jellybeans as bait for the fish. The amount increases with each new rod.

Do you have the bamboo rod? Then that explains it, each rod you get uses a higher amount (by 1 jb) when you get it.

You loose 2 jellybeans because you use 2 jellybeans as bait. I have a gold rod, and I loose 5 jellybeans each time I cast it.

So, no, it is not a bug.

Yes, each new rod you buy, the more your spending in jellybeans from your jar into the pond basicly. Like I have the golden rod and I spend many jellybeans per cast I make to catch fish.

Don't stop buying new fishing rods though. Some fishing rods are better than others to catch fish.
