Fishing District?

are some districts better to fish in then others?
like is it easier to catch rarer fish in a certain district?

I dont think so,
BUT some of my sf do fish in districts with names
similar or related to the fish they are trying to catch.
Ex Loopy, Silly Harbor to get the rare Crab,
Hills for the rare Bears...etc
Also, they fish on full moon days to (try) get the Full Moon Fish.

No district will increase or decrease a chance of catching a fish. It's all a matter of luck.
