Were too much because we dont like if someone takes the dock we were fishing at for the past 5 hours in a quiet district? Do you not understand that each dock is different when you fish? And just for the record I hate when toons steal my buildings when I was waitin in front of it for the past hour. Yeah it isnt mine, mine but I can still say it is whether you like it or not. And for the CEO thing thats COMPLETELY different, if you leave your table to get snacks that was your choice, to sell your fish you dont have a choice. TT activities are for alll but that doesnt mean people should be rude. Hey, you can kill all the low laff toons in the vp because you can BUT its still rude and really annoying.

Well, you do have a point.

A fishing dock is just something where you fish. But, like I have said before, what if it was Fish Bingo, and you sell your fish and someone takes it?
And, it was the only one open, and you were close to having Fish Bingo.

This has happened to me many a time. The group is close to bingo and we are in a crowded place. But wait, my bucket has reached it's 20 fish limit. TIme to go sell my fish. And most of the time by the time I get back someone else is at the dock. And NO I have actually never gotten angry about this b/c that was NOT my dock. I was on it, no there are no other's left in that place, and yes I'd like to have it back. But other people have a right to fish too. It's just a game. If I didn't get to fish there I'll go to another town. No it won't be the same dock at the same angle but things change. And I know when I'm in TB I like to fish at one of the docks that is on the wider side of the pond. You know that two that are closer together than the other two. B/c then I don't have to cast as far to catch fish and I find it easier. And I've been on one of those only to come back from a fish sale to find both taken. Oh well. I'm not going to be immature and start stinking the person who took it. Please, getting annoyed about that seems ridiculous.Attitudes like these are the REASON for the fishing timer and the 20 fish limit and the reason that you HAVE to leave the dock to sell your fish. It's so greedy people cannot hog a dock for long periods of time and not give anyone else a chance.

JUst to add. If I'm in like a basically empty place with only a couple other people fishing and there is another dock availible, and I see toons on the other docks I won't go on those docks. I'll just take the one that was empty cause I know how territorial people get. But if i'm in a really crowded place where there are just not enough docks to satisfy the ammount of toons who want to fish, and I see someone get off a dock your darn right I'm going to take that dock. Other toons have just as much right to fish as you. And as soon as my bucket is full and I'm forced to leave then go right ahead and take the dock back. It's your right just like it was mine to take over when you left.

There are two things:
Courtesy
And hogging

People must have courtesy.
If you KNOW someone has been fishing on a certain dock, I say you should let them have it.
At least for a while longer.
I understand what you're saying about fishing for hours on the same dock but people should have respect as well.

Well any sport is all about compitition and I [ersonally thinks it's only for fun! People get to agrresive since about half the time in golf people loose and leave so I get no credit. It's annoying but as far as fishing I think it's every dock for itself. Ok well anyone who gets it that made no sence.

I have a "home" district where I do all my fishing and racing in. 95% of the time I'm the only toon I ever see there on weekdays. So while I don't have a lucky dock (and I fish all four docks evenly just because I'm like that) if I arrive at the PG and all four docks were full I'd pause for a moment. Then I'd either do something else for awhile or leave.

Since I fishin rotation (4 buckets at each dock) I have run into toons who are on a dock I want. I just shrug it off and continue finishing another dock. If they get off it I don't run over and grab it, because that would just be rude. But if they go to another dock or they leave, then I go to the one they had and I catch my wanted number of buckets for the day there. I consider the "extra" buckets I got at the other docks as bonus. LOL

I do think it's rude it's to just take a dock when a toon just goes to sell. Any fishertoon knows that some docks are very difficult to fish from while others are easy, I mean in DD at some docks the fish can even swim to places where you can not cast to them from certain docks. And on Bingo! day we work hard to fill a game card and to have that entire card taken from you when there's only a couple fish left is relaly frustrating.

However, on the flip side, it's also rude to be in a district where there's other toons and to stay at the same dock for hours and hours. This sort of thing should be done in a more quiet district (you don't need invasions to fish anyways) or place. When I'm fishing at a full pond and see another toon waiting I give them my dock and I go elsewhere. Likewise, if I'm fishing and my dock gets taken while I'm selling fish (even though it's rude) I just say "No Problem." and go elsewhere. I am amlicious enough to hope that when I "No problem" them they feel a little teeny bit of guilt for taking the NICE toon's pier though.

LOL

Bottom line is that this is a game, and most toons don't hog a dock to be mean, and most toons don't steal a dock to be mean.

I think it's just common courtesy not to take a dock someone else is fishing at, if you look at all the activities toontown has created they try to teach things lol if your an adult and you cant understand this apparently you havent been taught it and neither will your kids, when people have taken my dock i simply say "sorry im busy fishing" and i do expect the toon to give it up, if they dont i just switch districts b/c i do fish on specific docks, remember toontown has made a great game and i endorse it 100% for all ages and it's a learning game in my opinion, when my children are old enough to completely understand the game, i will encourage they play this game rather than having to check "PG" and "R" ratings on games, and they will understand the good qualities of this game, DO YOU GET IT YET!!!!!!

LOL and if i call a building you better believe it's my building, i earned the reward and yes on several occasions it has been taken right in front of me
