I got it surprisingly lol. But I got the Devil Ray in Daisy's Garden in Nutty Summit. :-)

I got it in about the 3rd bucket I was just finishing to get Jellybeans. And I was in Nutty Summit for about 1 hour.

Just the other day I accidentally caught it as well. However, it was on Lighthouse Lane in Donald's Dock (I was stalking an Old King Crab... which I still haven't gotten!). On my 2nd or 3rd bucket?
