About ready to stamp on my rod

Ok, I know fishing can be tough..

But Im just about ready to give up!

Since getting to the last four, I have fished nearly 80000 fish.

I caught the baby grand after 40000 fish, and the grizzly jumped out in first bucket shortly after. (pure luck!)

Since the grizzly two weeks ago, I have fished in excess of 40000 buckets looking for the Grand and the Full Moon.

I am breaking up to four records a day, and have broken over 30 records since the last species.

I have tried all the usual recommendation.. i.e same district, same pier, same time etc., etc., and still no luck!

Do people think I should concentrate on one species and stick to that or hop between DD and MM? If I do concentrate on one species, should I try for Grand or Full Moon first?

Help, Im about ready to break my rod in two and then stamp on it for good measure !

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with that Grand Piano. It is a personal preference of mine to go for the Grand Piano first, but in reality whatever floats your boat. And if you have spent alot of time on the Grand Piano, then I would stay there. I wish you the best of luck.

Hi Princess Lily! Think I've seen ya fishing at the ponds in DDL with me sometimes.

Those are some tough numbers, but just gotta keep going. Try for that 100,000 mark. The more you fish the greater the reward (to an extent ... which i've exceeded )

If it makes you feel any better. I caught my Grizzly after 18,000. All Star, Devil Ray, and Concord came along the way somewhere. I than started fishing throughout DDL (mostly PG) for the Full Moon. Sometimes I lingered over to Alto Avenue just for a change of scenery from a dark bed-like spot. The Grand took me about 12,000-14,000, after I was already about 120,000 in for the Full Moon alone. The Full Moon still hasn't come and I'm up to about 195,000 fish. Just shows how tough it is. I've submitted bug reports and had friends call Toontown, and I'm going to keep on that until they say something useful (they actually told me to fish at the 3 Donald's Dreamland ponds and my estate pond ???) and maybe they can find a bug in my toon somewhere.

Sorry about telling my story, just had to get it out and tell someone. You looked like the perfect candidate.

Anyways, hope you get your fish "reel" soon. Right after I get mine

Been seeing you around lately, I first saw you at Goofy Speedway talking I think to Don the Great, the following day I saw you had 97 races win, wow. Been seeing your toon too, on any PG, running from DDL PG the last couple of days on any district my toon would land, and there you are, lol....

There are a lot of you who were stunk good by these cold-blooded toony creatures, lol. But dont give up Those two stinkers will come smiling down on you soon, just keep fishing and hang in there

Thanks for advice! Actually, I was getting so desparate, I was going to offer you my bean bank in exchange for you fishing for me Awesome statistics posted by you, and I'm not worthy lol.

I was going for grand first, but tp'd to a friend who was fishing in The brggh for the grizzly.. she had fished for weeks for it.. Anyways, while talking to her, I threw my rod in and hey presto first fish out was the grizzly rofl! I was ecstatic... she wasn't

I have fished equally for both Grand and Full Moon, so I'll need to pick one I think and concentrate on that..

I found that the full moon is the hardest. I've been working on it for months on and off. Finally I have been breaking records again. That hasn't happened for a long time, so I'm hopefull. I'm sure well see each other at ddl pg. Good luck.

Yes fished with you a few times in DDL... Love fishing whilst you are there cause you fish so fast, and to relieve the boredom, I try to beat you rofl.. makes it just that little less tedious!

Its funny that you mention submitting a Bug Report to TT, cause I was so mad with it yesterday, I was on the verge of firing off a "Dear Toontown" angry email lolol..

Actually, after reading how many you have reeled in, I dont feel so bad... now I know someone is having it harder than me, I feel better

Good Luck on getting the Moon, and I'll wave my rod at you next time I see you - if I havent snapped it in half by then

Ahh the racing days rofl!

Yes big thankyou goes out to sf's, Captain Rainbow Zoobleflinger and Don the Great who were both really nice and let me win 97 races that day to max racing. Don the great put the words "132" up in a bubble and everytime he passed me in his cart, there it would be floating in the air, and making me laugh.. Captain Zoobleflinger dragged me into every race kicking and screaming, and if it hadn't of been for her constantly kicking my butt over racing I wouldn't have done it

Yep been everywhere the last few weeks, fishing at any pond I land at lol.

Thanks for word of support, and Im sure I'll catch those slippery little things soon - if I haven't broke my rod in temper first

I love reliving that moment - it was the hi-light of my fishing career so far

It was the way your Toon just stood there for like 30 seconds waving its rod in the air that made me laugh.. before you said through gritted teeth "I'm so happy for you - really"

Hi Princess Lily, me too I haven't caught the Grand yet either nor the Full Moon and the Grizzly. I gave up temporarily, sometimes I'll fish a little when I first land that's why you haven't seen me lately on Alto street. I was thinking about reporting a bug cause I think I have one too like Cool Corny Electrofoot, LOL I swear! Way to go on that Grizzly LOL!
