Smile grey space

pardon, please, my ignorance. my family has played tt for about a year. we all love it. especially we love the creativity with which it's citizens approach playing the game. but yesterday my daughter lost all of her furnishings that she had placed in the "grey space". we've seen lots of toons do it, and now wonder if they all lost their stuff, or if something weird happened to just her. her friends were stuck in her house first, then booted off tt. please enlighten an avid if cautious toontown fan.

I put all my furniture in the gray space except my phone and jellybean jar. None of my furniture has ever disappeared unless I deleted it lol. But, sometimes the gray space can be deceiving...meaning you should check everywhere you put it. i've had friends who put there furniture WAY away from their house in the gray and friends who put some of their furniture high and below in the gray. You might wanna check there. If you really want your stuff back, I suppose you could email disney and ask them to bring your stuff back. Of course you need to know the stuff your missing.
