Wow. Um, you invite someone to stay in your house. You can ask them here. That's about it. I really am not fond of this trend, though.

i know now hotels are Places where toons invite other toons to stay,they get one of the spare houses or get to stay in the toons house,as long if the owner of the estate toon is in the estate,the other toons can stay there.They may get gifts from doing this

In order to build a hotel you must own all of the properties of the same color category - then must have paid for exactly 4 houses at the rate required for that color category property. THEN your 5th upgrade purchase is a hotel. YOu can buy the entire 5 upgrades at once ifyou have the cash for it. Then whenever someone lands on your property they will have to pay you the improved rent for landing there.
Every once in awhile you have to pay tax on the improvements if you draw that card. also there is an occasional repair card you draw which requires you to pay out a % on each improvement you have recieved. That is how hotels work. |

I know I'm late, but this is just to help. A hotel is a place where toons come over to a toons house and stay there for a while while employees, serve them. Toons *** to make money and hav tons of fun. Alot of hotels are going on, maybe you want to join them. May i suggest mine. lol

Funky Monkey made it seem a lot simpler to understand then Hero. This is what I have concluded.
Hotel: A toon uses his/her house as a hotel. A guest pays to stay at the house using catelog items or jellybeans (CFO phrases) if possible (just my idea). The employees who are toons that work at the hotel are payed for doing a certain job in catelog items. That seems a lot simpler. |

A "hotel" in ToonTown is where you use the estates from your extra toons to build up with furniture to make a hotel room. TIP: If you have toon slots open, make a toon just for the house and call it "Room 1" or something. Then it will say "Room 1's house" Anyways.. You build the rooms up in the houses. then toons come to stay at your place and they may pay you with cattlelog items
