Cattalogs

Am i able to download the cattalogs (underwater ones), and use them in the game right away or do i have to wait until the game sends it to me

The cattalogs are already on your computer. But you can't get to them till disneys servers say it is time for such and such account such and such toon to get such and such cattalog.... no downloading other then what it already on your computer required for cattalogs. A new cattalog comes every week on the day you first made your toon.
