Doodle lost all of its Experience

Hi all,

I've a doodle from Minnies' and three tricks (Jump, Beg and Backflip). I have been training Backflip intensively during the last days and got the bar half filled. Jump and Beg were only filled to 1/10th.

Yesterday when I went to my estate I found out that my doodle had lost all of its experience. No bars were showing up, as if I had never made him do a trick. Only after making him do a trick the bars showed up again (minimally filled).

I have already written to support about this. Did that ever happen to anyone else? I'm a bit frustrated that my doodle seems to have lost all of its experience ... so I'd really appreciate some feedback from you.

Yes that happened to be, i had Play-Dead and Jump, but Play-Dead was filled up on my Gambit (doodle),but when i went to a factory,i wanted to call my doodle for battle training,But instead a diffrent doodle came up,it was white and had its name Unknown.When I finished i went to go check on Gambit,and his Bars werent on......i did jump and Play-Dead it came back but not filled up...

I saw unknown,a mysterious doodle,certainly not mine,my doodle has had no experieence after unknown appeared,I told him speak,he did it,his bars filled up.Unknown is a mysterious doodle.Ill see if I can get info on him.

Now that you say it I can confirm this. Before this happened to my doodle I also called in (in a house) and a completely white doodle came up instead of my one. I thought that this might be a graphics glitch, but it seems that there is more behind that than this.

I'm curious to which answer I might get from TT Support. It would be highly distracting if all that training time was lost to a bug.

Ok, so I see that there are some to which this happened as well. Did you contact toontown support because of this and did you ever get a response? I contacted them through e-mail and got nothing so fare. I'm reluctant to phone them because I'm not in the UK/USA and thus it would be a rather expensive endeavor ;-)

its happened to me but im glad i took a billion screenshots of my doodle n the stats n like everything i do in tt for no reason...taking up space on ur comp is fuuuun...neways they asked for a picture n i had it so ya my bars r filled up again XD

That white doodle unknown is mystirious when i fist got my doodle from donalds dream land for 5000 jb i called it in battle im like lets see here UNKNOWN! WHO IN THW WORLD IS THAT! then i xed it out then october was back(doodle).

This is annoying, isn't it! BAD WHITE DOODLE! lol.
