well i think there should be another room in the empty space of the estate. like a storage room instead of deleting items when your rearranging furniture. so if you want that old chair back 3 months from when you deleted it, you can get it back
or if you had to delete a shirt or pants/skirt for wardrobe reasons, you can just take it back
