Your Estate is a place where you go to do many things. You can go fishing there, you can play with Doodles there, you can get Jellybeans from your personal Jellybean Bank there, you can change your clothing there and you can redecorate your own Toon house there!

Fishing at your Estate

Fishing at your estate is essentially the same, except that some fish can ONLY be caught here! There is no Fisherman, however, on Fish Bingo Wednesday, you can automatically sell your fish at this pond only!

Doodles

Doodles are the pets on Toontown. You can buy Doodles at Pet Shops in the Playground, and you can only have one per Toon. Your Doodle can learn tricks that it can use at your estate and in Cog Battles to recover Laff Points! The tricks are Jump, Beg, Play dead, Rollover, Dance, Speak and Backflip. If you feed your Doodle, it costs one Jellybean.

Your House!

Estates have one house for each Toon. In your house you must have a Jellybean bank, a Phone and a Closet. The Jellybean Bank is for you to put spare jellybeans in, the Closet is for holding your spare clothing in, and the phone is for calling Clarabelle's Cattlelog service to buy stuff.

With the Cattlelog system, you can buy chairs, tables, beds, moulding, wainscoting, wallpaper, pictures for the walls of the house, new Doodle tricks, Emotions such as Shrug and Applause, new rods, phrases, clothes, upgraded Jellybean banks and your 15 item Closet.

Some people have the idea of converting their estates into hotels. Simply put, a hotel is like when toons come to your estate and stay there, for a certain number of nights. You will obviously get no profit however, you can get a glitch where you can access someone else's bank (hard!) Ideal hotel jobs could be training Doodles, entertainment, exercise (once round the estate!) or even getting a hotel full of non maxed toons and doing the VP or the CFO with them!

Gardening:

The newest addition to Toontown, and one that gives Laff Points, Gardening requires you to use your own Jellybeans to plant flowers. There are 8 different levels of flower, and forty flowers. For every ten flowers collected, you will earn one laff point.

You can also plant Gag Trees in your garden. You can only plant a tree if all the gags below it have a tree planted too. Trees give 10% organic bonuses to your gags, for example, an organic Wedding Cake gives (120+(120/10))=132
