Hi everybody! I'll start with an introduction: If you will, please look at the cog headquarters. There are their different HQs, and they are full of all kinds of stuff! And where do us Toons relax? In a room where poor Toons are FORCED to stand behind a desk 24/7, and we can see a box that *very* few toons can get into. Not anymore! We need a Toon Hq that is actually relaxing. It should have Hotel rooms where a toon can relax, and see out a one-way window. It should have a kitchen where we AREN'T forced to eat our own gags for food! Gosh, I'm getting mad at Flippy! So, anyway, Toon HQ is the one place where you can FINALLY relax WITHOUT a cog attacking you. Besides the playground, that is.
