well changing the main district would b a challenge! and I think thats why most toons want to change the location, to see if they can do it!

I remember when all they showed was numbers. When it hit 500 it was full. I think this is a great idea. Not take over nr and bump it from being busy. But start a second or third one that people will actually have a chance to get into. It is impossible to get into the river unless you have a friend already there. Then it lags because it is so full.

What about many inavasion districts? (I remeber that Welcome Valley: Nutty River was filled with cog buildings before! I have the picture of it in my gallery, its title is Cogtown.)

3000..? no way.i doubt theres ever been that many people on toontown at once. id say its more like 400-600. somewhere in that range. so we'll just say 500.

IMO, the only way we can change the popular district is if NR is down for a few days.

Nutty Hills used to be the popular district, but because it was down for a few days, everyone decided to summon their invasions into the next district on the list, which was Nutty River.

BTW, did you know that the first popular district used to be Toon Valley?

I think a better idea would be for TT to randomize "invasion central". Each day's invasions would take place in a different district -- by luck of the draw everyone would have a fair chance of getting them. Having just the same district all the time creates an elitist, cliquish atmosphere-- like the incrowd in high school. Plus, it would take awhile for word to get out where the invasions are, since you can't tell by just one invasion and districts wouldn't get clogged.
