a beanfest every saturday cool!

every saturday i am going to do a beanfest
where and what time:
in chip and dales acorn acers in nutty vill
at GMT5.00pm and finish at GMT6.30pm
i need one helper so if anyone can help me please post,
i need 15 people and the bord will change every week.
