Wiki software upgraded to 1.8.x

Because of the upgrade some things have gone out of whack because of the more strict nature of 1.8

We need to check most of the pages to see if they need cleaning.

Oh, no wonder the front page is so messed up. I noticed the TT logo on the Toontown page is not working, a picture in the Chief Justice page is a link, and again, like I said, the front page is messed up.

It seems that external links to images have been removed.

So we can only post the link, but not the image anymore?
