I think they do, a "Yes Man" lookes exactly like a "Mr. Hollywood" just smaller.

Not really. The Bossbot and Sellbot suits are too different to mistake one for the other.

Nah. They're different enough with size and suit, and their names float above them anyway. But I agree they should have been more creative then having 3 cogs with the same face.

Sure, their heads do, but their bodies are very easy to tell the difference between.

A lot of the Cogs seem to use similar head meshes/skins. Minglers, Two-Faces, and Double-Talkers have the same head shape. Bean Counters and Downsizers are pretty much identical. The head skin for a Money Bags looks like the same used on a Tightwad, only flattened. It looks like Disney got really lazy when creating Mr. Hollywoods, Yes Men, and Gladhandlers, though.
