Feather is actually good,it usually gives you up to 10.Once when your a high-laff on toontown then the megaphone works better,right now Megaphone is the worst in my opinon. |

Ok....I dont like the lipstick...especially when you are tooning up a girl and you ARE a girl...but it probably is the 'main' toon-up, if you know what I mean.

Megaphone, because it barely ever works.
I concur on the lipstick. I always have some perverted toons saying "hee hee" when I toon-up another female toon. e_e; |

cause well i was in a blding and my sf girl TU'ed my other sf with lipstick (boy) so he made a joke about it and she got mad and was embarased so yeah but we still go through the blding |

I think its the feather. It only gives 10 laff points, sometimes it gives one.

Megaphone; it only heals around +6 laffs to each toon. Feather heals 10.

Megaphone barely actually hits the toon and toons them up with a fair amount of laff points.. feather is good because it barely misses.

I don't like megaphone 6+ tu may save a low laffer but 6 isen't very much for like 60+ laffers.... and most toontown toons are kinda 60+ laffers.
Also, as long as your mature enough, I think lipstick is an ok gag. I don't care if I get a kiss from another guy as long as I get 30+ tu  |
