Should there be private districts?
Private districts are where you have your district all by yourself. Everywhere's your own place. People won't snatch your buildings, the docks won't be filled, and best, there won't be very much lag! But when you want to do things like do buildings, do VPS and CFOs, you can call your friends! Yes, only your friends are allowed! Be sure tohave enough friends to have fun in a not so laggy district!
