I'd have to say Green Day. They are one of my favorite bands right now. GC is good, just not as good as Green Day.

I don't believe the question was "Which of these bands do you hate?", but "Which one is better?" If you hate both, choose the one you hate less.

Green Day is better IMO. GC seems to be changing their image over time to fit more with what the media made them out to be.
