Darn Minglers!
I hate The Minglers because they have the most damaging attack! Lv.11 The Mingler's Paraidgm Shift does 24 damage to each Toon!

The hated cogs...
The minglers are the most damaging Cog in toontown (not too sure about Skelecogs...) as far as I know. Paradigm Shift = 24(# of toons) damage. That requires quite a bit of tooning up. Other bad ones are Mr Hollywood 12's Power Trip [20 to all] and the Mover & Shaker (15 to all)
