To me, they are all extremely rare since not a single one of our toons has any of the ones you posted, so I'll go with Devil Ray, since it is the one I want but seem to get.

You should have put an option for all of them. I have not caught a single one of those.

I haven't caught the Scurvy even! I have put in at least 30 buckets at Don's Dock Play Ground. Good luck with those ones though.

I have fished countless buckets on Tenor Terrace searching out that Baby Grand! I have gotten bored with no success and have fished other ponds between but always return to Tenor... still no luck! Blue dog syndrome.

Captain is easy to get on Lighthouse Lane. Don't try for it in park. On that street it should only take 3 buckets. Fishing for OKC I catch almost one every bucket.
