by laff limited i meant 70,80,90+laff
NOT 25 and under laff!!

yeah its name would be VP Vally and only toons with laff of 80 or more can go there!

actually i was thinking make a few of them...

make TOON VALLEY noobs only (25 or less laff)

then make others for higher up laffers
like a 60+Laff for those finishing lil oldman
70+Laff for those working up to DDL tasks
80+Laff for cog HQ toons
90+Laff for those few out there (we know who you are)
