Toon up and Lure are both great, but I vote toon up. Toons would go sad a lot. I know that you can get unites and doodles (even SOS cards), but for low laff toons that don't have any of those, it would be really hard to not go sad if you had a group without it. That is why I make toons without trap or without drop. That way, you get the advantages of both toon up, and lure.
But toon up is better, because lure misses more,
and if it misses, toons could go sad, whereas, toon up heals toons so they might not go sad.
