Since I am an adult, and lots of Xbox 360 games are targeted at adults, I personally dont think that any other gaming system can compare to the Xbox 360. It too has options like you have explained above plus it can connect to your computer through your router and can play music, video, photos that are stored on your PC. I have an Xbox 360 and would look no where else in a gaming system, because this has everything you can think of. Plus it looks great on my HDTV.

Good answer, I haven't played on any of them yet, I'm more a PC person. We have a family PS2 at mo.
But yes I think it does depends on what you want.
If you like getting together on your large screen TV with the family, having fun with silly, but highly entertaining games. The Wii can't be touched
If you prefer playing more serious games up in your room on smaller TV then Xbox 360 is probs best.
IF you want a bit of both then it Playstation 3.
Of course all 3 have certain games that shine above the rest, so if you like those then you stick to that console
