Lure, Throw, Squirt, and Sound. A Fog Horn takes out level 5's. If there are 4 cogs under level 5 it's much faster to Fog them rather than to lure and waste four throw and squirt gags.

I said Lure and Sound, but I'm rethinking the sound bit. Instead, I would have to vote throw.
I first said sound because a Fog Horn can kill a group of Lv. 5 cogs, however you won't find those in a 5 story building anywhere. So.. I guess you can throw that out! Lure would be your best bet. The blue magnet, $10 bill and hypno goggles are most always "spot on" in those tough situations! Although, it seems to fail just when you need it most (as I have learned when soloing). After you're done luring, a cream pie can defeat a Lv. 6 Cog on one hit, while a Birthday Cake can defeat a Lv. 9 Cog. If you do decide to solo a 5 story building, I would say bring along a few extra Toon Up SOS Cards or Unite phrases for the case if your lure misses. And as always, rub your lucky rabbit's foot for good luck. That always comes in handy when you need it most.

#1 = Lure
#2 = Throw #3 = Squirt #4 = Sound #5 = Tie between Trap/Drop #6 = TU In a 5-story building lure is the most vital gag to have (unless your prepared to use lots a TU SOS/ unites.) Along with lure, throw is able to take out lv.10's/11's (if organic.) Squirt, just a bit weaker then throw, but still capable of at least taking out lv.10's. Sound does damage to all, but makes it so you'll most likely end up taking damage from each cog (2 organic fogs can at least take out a lv.9.) Trap & drop both have there pros & conswhich I've already talked about a billion times. TU is worthless in a solo to put it simple. Lv.7 gags are obviously very helpful in solos as well. That's just my take on the usefullness of the gags in a solo. |
