I want the new playground but its not necessarily going to be fluffy's farm. I dont get why people still believe that its for sure the title.

New playground is not funny farm. According to Toonfest it's Construction zone, but that may not be it either.

Well, none of the above really ...
1. Gag shops on the streets, like Toon HQ's
2. More space for speedchat phrases... its already set up ...just let us have them! 3. Buy stuff from cattelogs for the outside of my house/property. Not just gardening stuff
