Ok. That means that it is the wrong username and password. Whoever set up your router will need to tell you the password, other wise the only way to fix it would be to reset the router. When you reset the router, the username and password automatically become Admin and Admin

If it still quits on you, it might be because you do not have a strong internet connection.
And, if you're on a laptop, try playing it on a desktop. |

well, ok then!
This post is extraordinary, thank you so much for your contribution ( being totally serious here ). I worked with Disney support on my linksys router 6 months ago and they did not provide me with the support you're providing here. All they told me to do was upgrade the firmware, which I did and didn't solve the problem. I almost stopped playing toontown in the beginning - if my son didn't enjoy creating toons so much, I would've stopped playing. I went out and bought another router which has no firewalls and is not wireless ( D-Link router ). I've NEVER had a problem since and never loose connection. This post would've saved me $50 if I had seen it 6 months ago - don't mean to brag, but that money is not a big deal. The big deal is Disney should be providing this level of support, I wonder how many customers they've lost due to this issue, not all of us are on this forum - I've been playing TT 6 months now and only found this place a month or so ago.
Anyways, thank you again, sad that Disney has to rely on the user community for support. I now pay for 2 accounts because i was willing to buy another router. Wonder how much business went out the window due to user technical issues. |

I use a Belkin router and haven't had the loss of connection problem for a while but have had it loads in the past couple of days. I know about port forwarding as I had to do it for something else. What is the difference between forwarding and triggering? I don't have a port triggering tab. I have entered the info in the port forwarding page but am still having problems. Have you any ideas? |
