Gardening Specials?

OK, so i know the Insta-Grow Fertaliser was removed in test, and has never come back, yet TT promised it would come back. Also, there are no other special items in the cattlelog. (SP)

What are TT doing? That tab in the shticker book has been left untouched.

(Please, don't mention statues.)
