Statues: Should I stock up?

I don't know if i have missd a post on this, but I was curious if anyone knows more about the statues. I don't believe, as many have said, that it is a glitch that we can purchase a statue it doesn't say "already owned." Plus, as others have noted, when you check the specials page there is a count next to statues (Donald X2) which means they are planning for us to own more than one. at least that's what it means to me.

Do you thknk this is something to do with supercharging the garden for lvl7? Should we stock up on statues now? The list in the "specials" tab of the book looks like it can accomodate more than just four or five types of statues. Perhaps they have intentions of giving us more things?

You know what, I was kind of disappointed after realizing that I could only plant one statue, and in a spot already designated by Toontown, no less. But now that I think about what you have proposed, I agree. Otherwise, as you said, it would say something like "Statue already owned" in your cattlelog. I don't have any concrete evidence, so let's just wait and see if we will be able to plant more than one measely statue at a time.

when you take out a statue it gets deleted

so they do that when you have 1 donald statue and you replace it with a mickey statue

in your invintory it will say Statues:0

because you have 1 at your estate and its the mickey one

is it possible to plant statutes at your friend's estate?

no, you can not plant statues at others estates

or your other toons

I was able to buy the 2nd statue (mickey) today. I planted it and all is good but on my specials page, it still shows my Donald statue and not my mickey one, even though he's there in my yard and it said my donald one would be deleted permanently. Huh. I guess I should submit a bug report?

Maybe you had originally purchased two donald statues. When you plant a statue in your estate, it no longer is visible in your specials page. The specials page is like a sort of inventory, and only displays what you have available to plant. The first donald statue that you planted is gone completely, the new mickey one doesn't show up because it;s planted in your garden, and you have an extra donald statue in your inventory.
