The wanted posters were just a fun way of showing which mods were participating. Nothing more. All the clues as to where we'll be hiding (besides districts) have yet to be released.

The districts are listed by mod name. The wanted posters show the toon the mod will be using. You can match them up by clicking profiles.

No. This contest was meant to be an even footing for all ToontownCentral.Com members, regardless of their ability to photoshop or write. Giving yourself an unfair advantage is just that. Unfair.
