It's very clear. You make a guide. That's what it says to do. Make a guide for Toontown. It can be anything, as long as it's a guide.

Yes you may, as long as the guide you write is accurate in the inormation, it will be considered just like any other. Any guide that is submitted should be completely accurate and be relatively new info and must be self-prepared.
