Rule:You can use anything to make the movie, not just Fraps.
Hypercam lasts forever on free mode,but it says Unregistered hypercam user at the top.

Well I came up with a movie, just gotta test fraps later. I may have to use the unregistered version to see if it works. Registered won't work for me O_o. 37 dollars down the drain >_<

I think you can really just about use anything, but I do recommend a Movie Formatted movie because... well that is my oppinion but I guess just try what you're able to make, submit it, and see what happens.
