Well honestly I didn't know he was a mod. It would be nice if an exception could be made in this case.

I know I'm going out on a limb here... I will probably get a lot of negative feedback (good thing that I dont care what anyone thinks of me), but is it possible that only kids can be toon of the month? I get so tired of seeing adults on the top toons list all the time when I know how many kids try so hard to be on it.
