I vote for Little Pearl Petalbee! Her toon name is Little Pearl Petalbee also and I vote for her because she is giving out assignments to find the 7th JB Combo and tested a lot herself too. Without her we would all be lost (Well theres Andrew but hes a mod)

Reason: Although I've never known him personally, and proably never will, I have always had a strong respect for him, and strongly appreciate all the work he's done for this site. Without Nick, their would be no TTC, and I would have probably quit Toontown a while a go. He is a very hard worker, and constantly improves the site with things such as the arcade, or even the new member of the month award. So, I think the best toon in the TTC community is easily Nick, and without a moment of doubt, I nominate Nick, and I wish him the best of luck!
