What about a joke contest?
And in Member of the Month, whoever is helpful, kind, etc. And then their name would be announced on the front page, and they get something. Like a subscription, or a scrolling name, etc. That would then encourage members to be nicer, and then there would be less bans and stuff.

I think you should have another contest like the first one in this whole category which is toon of the month, or TTC user of the month, or of the year ect...

and btw i think the prizes of Signature and Userpage subscriptions are a great idea

I think a great new look to the site would be good.

Matbe have a contest to see who can come up with a new design?
