Well, there could always be another Contribution Contest, like the one we had before, or there could be a Top Wiki Editor contest among those who can edit the wiki. There could also be a Make-A-Skin contest, where the winner gets the skin they created set as the site default for a week.
Then there's the option of a Toon Recruit contest, in which the person who gets the most referrals wins. "Best Use of Userpage HTML" would make a cool award. A story writing competition would also be pretty nice. You can also hold a trivia championship on live chat. And... That's pretty much everything I can come up with at the moment. EDIT: What about a "EKB Sighted!" contest? You edit EKB's avatar into the funniest location possible, and the funniest entry wins! The only thing I can think of is something with the Arcade. Like the contest that VMKf had a while ago.
Though I agree with some of the above posted ones. Like a new logo. New skins, we really do need optional ones besides the tan one. Though I think there should be several contests, so everyone can actually try. Not everyone is gifted in arts, or movies.
